We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate and monitor the movement of vehicles, personnel, or equipment. The Dispatcher will serve as a central point of communication between operations staff, drivers, and customers, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and prioritize incoming requests for service or transportation
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or field staff based on workload, geography, and availability
  • Monitor routes and job progress using GPS tracking and dispatch software
  • Communicate with drivers and field personnel to provide updates, instructions, or changes in schedule
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatches, work orders, and delivery or service logs
  • Resolve service or scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups with clients or vendors
  • Collaborate with supervisors and management to optimize workflow and resource allocation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
