Job Purpose:

The Primary Role of a Branch Customer Relations Representative is to champion customer-focused attitude in handling and provide immediate and timely responses to Customers, both internal and external.

A Customer Relations Representative has 3 Core Functions:

  1. Customer-Related Transactions-end to end support for customers with loan inquiries, request and complaints handling.

  2. Handling customer engagement on retention related initiatives

  3. Front line handling of customers visiting the branch or Head-office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • · Handles all customer-related inbound calls, SMS, emails correctly and in a timely manner. This include but not limited to the following: Loan balance, loan prospect inquiry, collection-related issues, requests regarding loan adjustments, payment arrangements. May also handle customer complaints.
  • Handles all customer-related outbound calls for requests, follow-ups, inquiries related to customer's Sumisho Loan.
  • Handles customer related document releases for closed accounts handling
  • Handles the endorsement of closed accounts to loan operations for proper turn-over of documents to the customer
  • Corresponds to dependencies such as other departments for the resolution of customer concerns.
  • Handles newly booked accounts informational calls.
