Job Description
- Conducts First-Response to Walk-In customers/Dealer Network Inquiries on products
- Guiding the customers about the products and services of the company
- Keep and maintain required records and files of the department
- Maintain good customer relation and handle service customer concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate preferably related to customer relations
- Must have 1 year of previous experience on similar job
- Ability to effectively present information to customers
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Ready to receive any adhoc task assigned by the head of CRD.
