Customer Relation Management Staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Address borrower inquiries and concerns, ensuring accurate information and resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of client communications and transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve client-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare and update client reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the customer database.
- Support the implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative or support tasks as may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
