Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.

Duties:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address borrower inquiries and concerns, ensuring accurate information and resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client communications and transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve client-related issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and update client reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the customer database.
  • Support the implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
