We are seeking an experienced
Calibration Laboratory Technical Manager
to co-lead our expanding ISO/IEC 17025 accredited industrial calibration laboratory. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a strong technical background and proven leadership in calibration management.

A. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations, technical staffing, and technical competency of the calibration laboratory, maintaining strict compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
  • Lead the development and documentation of calibration procedures and processes for new measurement parameters to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as an authorised signatory for major technical domains: Temperature, Electrical, Pressure, Bio-Medical, Hygrometry, Flow, Energy, etc —reviewing and approving calibration reports and certificates.
  • Design, manage, and participate in inter-laboratory comparison (ILC) and proficiency testing (PT) programs and Measurement Audits.
  • Continue development and implement robust internal measurement audit protocols to ensure measurement traceability and technical competence.

B. Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Calibration Laboratory Technical Manager, managing an ISO/IEC 17025 certified calibration laboratory.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, validate, and manage calibration processes for a variety of parameters, with documented development of new calibration methods.
  • Serve as an authorized signatory in at least five key calibration areas: temperature, electrical, pressure, bio-medical, and hygrometry.
  • Extensive experience in leading or contributing to ILCs, proficiency testing schematics, and measurement audit program development.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
