Position Overview:

Support the field sales team in calibration services by managing quotation processes, coordinating customer follow-ups, and ensuring seamless communication between sales engineers and clients.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in calibration, technical, or industrial equipment sales.


• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.


• Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.


• Basic understanding of calibration services or technical instrumentation is a plus.


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare quotes promptly in the absence of the Sales personnel.


• Follow through on quotations issued by SPICs to ensure timely customer response and order closure.


• Liaise with customers to clarify requirements and support the sales team in resolving queries.


• Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.


• Provide administrative support to the sales team including document preparation, reporting, and coordination.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.

Base Wage : P. 21,500

Attendance Allowance : P. 2,000
