Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biomedical Engineer based in Mandaluyong. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and repairing medical equipment, performing preventive maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency, and collaborating with clinical staff to enhance equipment functionality. The role will also involve evaluating new medical technologies, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training to staff on the proper use of biomedical equipment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance methods
  • Calibration of Clinical/Laboratory Machines and Equipment
  • Strong experience with Medical Equipment and Clinical Engineering concepts
  • Foundational knowledge of Biomedical Engineering principles
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in a healthcare or laboratory setting is a plus
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
