Job Description:

  • Achieves customer satisfaction though completion of calibration services within the set timeframes
  • Enters calibration data into designated forms accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision based upon instrument specifications and standard calibration procedures
  • Completes all documentation as needed in the related calibration activity, reporting, and quality systems
  • Communicates with customer for items requiring repair, set points to be used, or other calibration related issues
  • Performs basic repairs and preventative maintenance as instructed following the company's standard policies and procedures
  • Perform work in the laboratory and at times may perform work at the customer's facility
  • Strict adherence to quality management system policies and procedures in performance of work
  • Performs other laboratory support functions as required in an efficient and orderly manner as instructed by the immediate supervisor (e.g. performs 5S)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any engineering or electrical/electronics engineering/technology
  • 1 to 2-years of related experience in calibration of Electrical measurement equipment is preferred but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledgeable in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is an advantage but not required
    • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications with an emphasis on MS Excel required
  • Ability to travel as needed for calibration works outside the laboratory and training
  • Capable of lifting (25 kg for male and 20 kg for female) unassisted
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
