Executive Assistant to the CEO

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a growing multi-brand business involved in distribution, retail, family initiatives, and ministry work. This is a dynamic role that blends executive support with personal and organizational coordination.
You'll be helping the CEO stay focused, organized, and aligned across multiple responsibilities—making a real impact behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage the CEO's daily and weekly schedule
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events
Project & Task Coordination
- Track key to-dos and priorities across businesses and initiatives
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes, and follow-ups
Communication & Liaison
- Draft emails, messages, and basic presentations
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, partners, and family stakeholders
Personal & Family Support
- Help with scheduling, personal errands, and special projects
- Ensure smooth coordination between personal and professional matters
System & Process Assistance
- Help organize files, schedules, and basic workflows using tools like Google Workspace and Sprout
Qualifications
Experience
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in an executive support, admin, or coordination role
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills (English & Filipino)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and discreet
