Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, preparing job offers, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Assist in creating job postings and exploring innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Employee Engagement & Events

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.
  • Collaborate with managers and staff to identify engagement needs and propose creative initiatives.
  • Monitor participation and feedback to improve future activities and enhance employee satisfaction.

HR Records & Documentation

  • Maintain, update, and safeguard all 201 files and employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and trackers as needed.

General HR Support

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
  • Participate in special HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and/or employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of maintaining 201 files or HR records is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
