Overview

We are urgently hiring a dependable and proactive Admin and Liaison Officer to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. This role combines administrative support, external liaison duties, and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and capable of working independently while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government offices, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and pursue partnership opportunities across various industries.
  • Provide excellent client service and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Handle pickup and delivery of packages, documents, and materials.
  • Process and collect bank and government documents on behalf of the company.
  • Plan efficient travel routes and confirm all transport details prior to each trip.
  • Assist in lease renewals and ensure compliance with administrative requirements.
  • Prepare and submit liquidation, trip, and administrative reports.
  • Maintain and ensure the proper use and upkeep of company vehicles.
  • Safely drive employees, clients, and materials to assigned destinations.
  • Provide general administrative support (filing, printing, document organization).
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for logistics and document handling.
  • Maintain updated contact lists of business partners and service providers.
  • Manage vehicle registration, renewal, and other compliance tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative, liaison, or operations support.
  • Proficient in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (for motorcycle and four-wheeled vehicles).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledgeable in traffic laws, road safety, and proper document handling.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
  • Experience as a driver, messenger, or administrative assistant is an advantage.
