Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a Liaison Officer who will serve as the vital link between the company, external partners, government agencies, and local communities. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and communication by managing permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements, while also supporting operational needs. The ideal candidate can build strong relationships, facilitate efficient transactions, and represent the company with professionalism to advance business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Timely renewal of business permits and contracts.
  • Prepare and handle the completeness of requirements for the renewal.
  • Timely application of all regulatory requirements.
  • Handling and monitoring due diligence of contracts before the acquisition of specific buildings.
  • Build and develop good working relations with stakeholders (building admins, Sales, SiteOps, NetOps, contractors) to achieve business goals.
  • Build relationships with contact persons and decision makers in organizations with value to the company.

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidate must be a Highschool/College undergraduate or graduate.
  • With at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience (liaison, admin, or related field).
  • Experience in the retail, F&B, and FMCG industries is an advantage.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
  • Strong business communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Can work independently and also thrive in a team setting.
  • Has a strong sense of urgency and is highly reliable.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledgeable in contract of lease processes and due diligence of contracts.
  • Skilled in coordinating activities and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willing to be assigned in Libtong, Meycauayan, and report to the satellite office in Quezon City when needed.
