Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Processing & Coordination

  • Process, submit, and follow up legal documents with courts, government agencies (e.g., SEC, BIR, DOJ, LGUs), and other institutions.
  • File pleadings, motions, and other legal documents on time.
  • Secure certifications, permits, clearances, and other official records needed by the firm.

Client & External Communications

  • Act as the point of contact between the firm and external offices.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings as required.
  • Communicate updates to lawyers, clients, and internal staff regarding the status of documents.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain logs, receipts, and tracking systems for submitted and received documents.
  • Handle office errands, pick-up and delivery of legal documents, and notarization processes.
  • Assist in organizing files, case folders, and related documentation.

Compliance & Time Management

  • Ensure all submissions meet government deadlines and court cut-off times.
  • Stay updated with new guidelines, processes, and requirements of relevant agencies and courts.
  • Observe strict confidentiality and data privacy protocols.
  • Qualifications: Liaison Officer (Legal Firm)
  • College graduate (preferred: Political Science, Legal Management, or any related legal course).
  • Knowledgeable in government processes, court procedures, and basic legal documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Trustworthy, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel and perform fieldwork regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
