Admin Liaison

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Admin Liaison provides administrative support and ensures smooth communication between departments, clients, and external partners. This role also involves assisting with company errands and transport duties when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between the office, field teams, and external partners.
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support general office operations including filing, data entry, and office coordination.
  • Assist in transporting staff, materials, and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least Vocational Graduate or College Level in any relevant field.
  • Must hold a valid 4-wheel driver's license.
  • Preferably experienced driving L300 or similar company vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Physically fit and reliable.
  • Willing to start immediately.
  • Able to work at South Caloocan City.
