DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Different tasks in recruitment, timekeeping and compensation and benefits

  • Dealing with HR activities, administration and office management;

· Maintains human resource records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick and personal time;

· Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments;

· Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and etc.

· Make tardiness and absenteeism report every end of the month

Manhours Computation: Computation of hours worked per architect per project

· Provides confidential administrative support to the CEO;

· High level of discretion and integrity to safeguard sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php18, Php28,000.00 per month
