Reports To: Deputy Head Mixologist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team You'll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a clean and organized bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes
  • Take orders from guests and servers
  • Provide beverage recommendations and excellent guest service
  • Keep the bar stocked, clean, and compliant with safety standards
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
  • Assist with inventory and stock rotation

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in bartending or mixology preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
