Bartender

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences through expertly crafted drinks, attentive service, and a welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with standard recipes.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink and food pairings.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, tools, and equipment.
• Verify identification and age of customers to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Follow all food and beverage hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of a wide range of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (TIPS, RBS, etc.) is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
