Job Summary:

We are looking for a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of mixology, can work efficiently under pressure, and delivers service with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
  • Ensure bar area, glassware, and tools are clean and well-maintained.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
  • Maintain proper stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
  • Handle cash, operate the POS system, and balance transactions at the end of shift.
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and dining area.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • Preferably a resident of Baguio City or willing to relocate before onboarding.
  • Vocational or College Level graduate, preferably in Hospitality or related courses.
  • With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
  • Knowledgeable in mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards.
  • Has good communication and customer service skills.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedules (weekends/holidays).
  • Experience in pre-opening setups is an advantage.
