Essential Skills:

  • Multitasking and Time Management: Bartenders often juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, requiring strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving: They may need to handle customer complaints, resolve conflicts, or find solutions to unexpected issues.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized bar area is crucial for efficiency and hygiene.
  • Knowledge of Laws and Regulations: Bartenders should be aware of and comply with alcohol service laws and regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Creating new cocktails and drink recipes.
  • Recommending and promoting drinks and specials.
  • Working with other bar staff (e.g., barbacks) to ensure smooth service.
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and securing the bar.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php750.00 per day
