Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for mixology, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and company standards.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools, glassware, and supplies.
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
  • Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of popular cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RBS, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously during shifts.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
