Bartender/Barista

Responsible for preparing and serving high – quality beverages while ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with the team to deliver seamless service.

• Craft and serve beverages (alcoholic and non – alcoholic) per recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including replenishing stock as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly and attentive service.
• Monitor alcohol service responsibly, complying with company and legal regulations.
• Handle cash and electronic payment accurately.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Support team operations during events or shift to ensure smooth workflows.
• Perform other duties as required from time to time.

Qualifications

• NCII (National Certificate II) holder in Bartending (TESDA-certified)
• At least 1–2 years' experience in bartending (bar, restaurant, or hotel setting)
• Skilled in mixing and serving classic and modern cocktails
• Experienced in preparing non-cocktail drinks (mocktails, juices)
• Knowledgeable in bar tools, drink recipes, and proper drink presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,128.00 per month
