Key Responsibilities

Keep operations in sync – Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and store teams to ensure smooth communication and on-time execution of directives.

Own the in-store look – Conduct regular Visual Merchandising (VM) checks to maintain nationwide brand consistency.

Stay on top of stocks – Track inventory movement and allocations with RSMs to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring seamless alignment with warehouse and retail teams.

Solve issues fast – Monitor and act on real-time store concerns, working closely with Retail Operations and Managers for quick resolutions.

Be the data backbone – Handle documentation, reporting, and data consolidation for business reviews and performance tracking.

Audit and elevate – Conduct random store audits to check compliance, readiness, and operational standards.

Think improvement – Spot workflow gaps, recommend solutions, and help streamline retail operations for efficiency and impact.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Solid understanding of retail operations and inventory management.

Excellent coordination and communication skills — comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proactive problem solver who takes initiative and adapts quickly to changing priorities.

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.

Willing to work on-site daily and travel occasionally for store visits and audits.
