  • Manages retail store operational requirements including but not limited to staff schedule, item displays, replenishment of supplies etc.
  • Manages current and future customer requirements by establishing strong client relations, and ensure that the shops provides the best customer experience.
  • Reviews client database and reports to Top Management.
  • Ensures that the shops consistently meet sales targets as set.
  • Capable in preparing business planning and can confidently present with Top Management when needed.
  • Experienced in retail store expansion.
  • Experience in the Jewelry industry is a plus factor.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate retail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
