What you'll be doing

  1. Managing the day-to-day financial operations of the retail stores, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  2. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
  3. Collaborating with the retail team to develop and implement strategies to improve store-level profitability
  4. Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
  6. Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
  7. Mentoring and developing the finance team members supporting the retail operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a retail finance or accounting role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  2. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify opportunities for improvement
  4. Experience in managing and developing a team of finance professionals
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
  7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred
