Job Title: Dealer Account Coordinator (Appliance Industry)


Job Description:

The Dealer Account Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting the company's appliance dealer network. This role ensures efficient coordination between the sales team, promodisers, store managers, and dealer head offices. The coordinator monitors sell-out performance, ensures stock replenishment, processes orders accurately, and strengthens dealer relationships to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact between the company and dealer accounts (outright and consignment).
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales performance per store or branch.
  • Coordinate dealer orders and deliveries with logistics and the sales department.
  • Supervise, guide, and monitor promodisers to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Assist in training promodisers on product knowledge, merchandising, and selling techniques.
  • Follow up on dealer replenishment orders to maintain product availability.
  • Coordinate with dealer area managers and buyers for promotions, displays, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare sales reports, inventory summaries, and branch performance updates.
  • Support onboarding of new dealers and ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Address dealer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in appliance or FMCG sales coordination or dealer management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel to different dealer branches when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling consignment-based dealers such as Puregold, FC Home, or other appliance retail chains.
  • Background in managing promodisers and store-level operations.
  • Familiarity with sell-out tracking, inventory reporting, and retail display standards.
