Job Summary :

  • Manage key dealer or group of dealers to achieve designated sales target levels.
  • Develop profitable business with new and existing dealers. Possess and apply product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of dealer's business.
  • Responsible for the branch operations, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets.
  • Is in charge of sales expansion, introduce new products to dealers and organize visits to current dealers and dealer branches.
  • Submit sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing budget to reach nominated targets. Responsible for retaining long-term dealer relationship.
  • Ensure that dealer receive quality customer service and overall quality management (sales, inventory, collection)
  • Inform dealers of new products as they are introduced.
  • Maintain good display spaces in handles branches.
  • May perform related duties as assigned, within scope of practice.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in Account Management (experience in the Appliance Industry, Electronics and Telco distribution is an advantage).
  • Must have good analytical skills, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, assertive, organize and attentive to details.
  • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and must possess leadership skill.
  • Computer literate and must be able to design and deliver business presentations (expert in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Willing to do field work.
  • Can Start ASAP.
