Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, account management, or business development within the construction or fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in MS OSice Suite, Software, and other relevant tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Summary:
Hulma Manila Inc., a leading construction and fabrication company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of construction and fabrication services, and the ability to strategically manage accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Functions:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the construction and fabrication industry.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Present and promote Hulma Manila Inc.'s construction and fabrication services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to identify additional needs and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client account health.
