We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a project basis. This role will be primarily responsible for managing billing and collections, ensuring accurate financial documentation, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The Accounts Receivable Associate will work closely with both internal stakeholders and client partners to ensure timely payments, smooth financial operations, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices and billing statements in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable ledgers and ensure prompt collections from clients.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documentation and requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with client payment teams to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Assist in preparing reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improving receivable processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with BIR requirements and compliance is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal team coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
