Role Description

The Risk and Compliance Analyst ensures organizational compliance with internal policies, regulations, and contracts. The role involves conducting audits, identifying risks, and supporting control frameworks to enhance governance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compliance audits and evaluate internal controls.
  • Identify risks, control gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and prepare compliance reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop risk insights.
  • Collaborate with teams and external auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Manage audit projects and contribute to governance initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a regulated industry or auditing firm preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools or systems is a plus.
