RISK AND COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE/OFFICER

Reports To

Risk and Compliance Officer will be reporting directly to the Risk and Compliance Head.

Job Overview

Risk and Compliance Officer main role is to assist Risk and Compliance Head in ensuring company's compliance with internal policies and external laws.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist Risk and Compliance Head in developing, initiating, maintaining, revising policies and procedures of the company.
  • Assist Risk and Compliance Head in the roll-out of Operational Risk Framework and risk tools. Develops Operational Risk Management training programs.
  • Assist Risk and Compliance Head with internal audit of all campaigns and departments to ensure compliance.
  • Assist Risk and Compliance Head in ensuring compliance with external requirements such as business permits, certifications and other pertinent documents required by law.
  • Assist Risk and Compliance Head in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
  • Assist Risk and Compliance Head in ensuring that the company has internal controls that adequately measure and manage the risks it faces.
  • Assist Risk and Compliance Head in checking proper deletion of files and destruction of documents pertaining to pulled-out accounts.
  • Assist campaigns with external complaints received from clients.
  • Suggests corrective action plans for resolution of issues to avoid similar situation in the future.
  • Promotes reporting of incidents, issues, process lapse and/or error loss/fraud across the company.
  • Performs other duties/task assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education level: A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience in Operational Risk is an advantage. Familiarity with operational risk tools, BSP, SEC, NPC, DPA, and other compliance regulations is a must.
  • Applicant must have analytical and investigative skills. Background with IT and MS functions are preferred. Good in oral and written English communication skill is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
