Join our team as a Risk Analyst and play a key role in strengthening our organization's resilience. You will work closely with the Delivery Head to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that impact our business. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in global standards, engage with diverse stakeholders, and contribute directly to shaping strategies that drive organizational success.

As a Risk Analyst, you will:

  • Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to support informed decision-making
  • Help define and implement strategies, solutions, and documentation for risk and business continuity management
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and business continuity exercises to build organizational awareness and preparedness
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating risk findings and recommendations

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in consulting, risk analysis/management, or similar domains
  • Strong skills in documentation, data analysis, risk and gap assessments, and reporting
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO Risk Management) and ISO Business Continuity Management); familiarity with ISO 27001, COSO, COBIT, ITIL, and Data Privacy is a plus
  • Experience in process creation, audits, and 3rd-party certification audits
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and focus on delivering high-value outcomes
  • Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers and building strong professional networks
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
