Job Summary

The Risk Analyst supports the Delivery Head in identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks. He/She conducts business impact analysis, risk assessments, supports defining strategies and solutions, prepares documentation, facilitates training sessions, coordinates performance of BCM exercises and facilitates planning workshops. The role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating risk findings, and collaborating with teams to achieve risk management objectives.

Expectations

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in the field related to engineering, technology and management.

  • At least 2 years of experience on the following:

  • Consulting or similar domain

  • Risk analysis, management, or consulting
  • Documentation review, development, and reporting
  • Risk and Gap Assessments
  • Data analysis and interpretation for risk mitigation strategies
  • Candidates must demonstrate experience in at least 2-3 of the specified areas listed above.
  • Candidates must possess working knowledge of ISO 31000 and ISO 22301 frameworks.
  • Familiarity with additional frameworks and regulations, including ISO 27001, COSO, COBIT, ITIL, Data Privacy will be an advantage.
  • Able to multi-task, and shift priorities quickly and efficiently in a very dynamic environment and focus on highest value outcomes.
  • Knowledge and experience of involvement in creating processes/process documents, performing audits and being part of 3rd party certification audits.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking ability.
  • Willingness and ability to network with senior decision makers, optimize social opportunities and close the deal.
  • Language Skills - English is a MUST.
