About the Role

As the Accounting Supervisor at LRI Chroma Asia, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial accounting and reporting functions of the company. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this full-time position will be based in General Trias City, Cavite.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide insights to support financial decision-making
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support business operations
  • Mentor and develop the skills of the accounting team members

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant professional certification is an advantage
