JOB SUMMARY:

The District Manager effectively leads the team to ensure consistent achievement of all financial and operational Key Areas (KRAs) of the whole district such as Sales, Expenses, Contribution Margin and OMR scores.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Ensure that each store within the district is following and maintaining the correct standards and protocols in terms of:

a. Product Quality - Fresh quality bread.

b. Cleanliness - Clean, Fresh stores and in good condition.

c. Customer Service - Following Todo Bigay protocols.

d. Merchandising - Standard planonggram and product placement.

e. Cash controls - Exact cash sales is deposited in full and on time.

  1. Responsible for meeting financial tragets - sales, pull-outs, experenses and contribution margins.

  2. Ensure that each bakeshop staff is accountable for their corresponding tasks and responsibilities.

  3. Communicate and implement all strategies and initatives in each store, aligned with overall district and company goals.

  4. Communicate and coordinate directly with the lessors and manage/resolve any issues or concerns.

  5. Conduct weekly huddles with bakeshop supervisors tp align with sales targets and other initiatives.

  6. Regularly go on field work - physically visit all stores in accordance with the approved workplan.

  7. Handle and address any customer complaints with utmost care.

  8. Monitor Sales product movements, pull-outs and adjust production schedule and commissary orders accordingly.

  9. Manage all team members and enforce necessary sanctions and penalties for non-complaint bakeshops based on Julie's Standards.

  10. Any other task, functions, or projects that may be assigned as required.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate in any business management related course.

  • At least 3-5 years experience in bakeshop management or retail store management.

  • Can handle multiple stores of Julies Bakeshop

  • Willing to Travel Julies Bakeshop Store in South Cotabato

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
