JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Manpower Agency Supervisor who will oversee recruitment operations, manage client accounts, and lead a team to ensure timely deployment of qualified personnel. ⸻

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and deployment process
  • Lead and supervise recruiters/coordinators
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with DOLE regulations
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor manpower requests and deployment targets
  • Prepare and submit reports and updates
  • Coach and evaluate team performance
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow ⸻

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • (College level with strong experience may be considered)
  • 2–5 years experience in recruitment/manpower operations
  • 1–2 years supervisory experience (Team Lead/Supervisor)
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment processes
  • Proficient in MS Office / HRIS
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving ability
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to do field work/onsite work if required ⸻
