Job Summary:

The Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products and meeting sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store policies.
  • Process customer transactions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and upselling products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure products are well-displayed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy for processing transactions and inventory management.

This role is open to multiple locations including Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Cebu, Iloilo, Negros Occidental, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, South Cotabato, Agusan del Norte, and Misamis Oriental.
