As a
Sales Assisstant

, you are someone who's organized, proactive, and loves turning half-interested leads into ready-to-buy clients (before passing them over to our Account Managers). You'll work closely with our Sales Manager to make sure no lead falls through the cracks. If you're the kind of person who loves nudging a deal forward and keeping the momentum alive, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Sales Manager with follow-ups to inbound leads, keeping the pipeline warm and moving
  • Draft and send emails to check-in on leads, respond to common questions, and help gather initial requirements
  • Monitor and update our CRM (HubSpot) with notes, lead status, and next steps
  • Schedule intro calls or demos, and prep materials in advance
  • Coordinate internally with the Account Manager for a seamless handover once a lead is ready to convert
  • Help track lead metrics and suggest improvements to our sales process
  • Stay on top of tasks like proposal reminders, sample follow-ups, and quote requests
  • Assist in preparing basic decks, brochures, or sales materials using templates

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales coordination, inside sales, or client-facing support role
  • Strong written communication skills as most of your outreach will be via email
  • Organized and reliable (you're the kind of person who color-codes their calendar)
  • Familiar with sales CRMs like HubSpot
  • Comfortable working remotely, across time zones and tools (Notion, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Proactive mindset (if a lead has gone quiet, you're already planning your next nudge)
