
Assistant to Senior VP of Sales

- Candidate needs to be a proactive self-starter, adaptable to working in a fast-paced, changing environment, with excellent organizational skills
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior knowledge of, or the willingness to learn, HubSpot CRM software is a must
- Create, document, and manage sales pipeline
- Generate regular performance and pipeline reports
- Assist in qualifying sales leads by direct contact to solicit needed information
- Online research, for example, reviewing websites and social media platforms
- Assist in managing current clients, which includes direct client contact
- Serve as a liaison between the Senior VP and internal teams (procurement, finance, operations, onboarding, and technology)
- Assist Senior VP with calendar management and time prioritization to achieve individual and company goals
- Knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly HubSpot, is a plus
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Generally 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time
