We're Hiring: Multi-Branch Service Consultant

Vintage Restore – Luxury Bag & Shoe Restoration

Vintage Restore is looking for a Multi-Branch Service Consultant to handle client care across our 3 branches. If you're passionate about luxury fashion and excellent customer service, we'd love to have you on our team.

Role Highlights:

  • Provide service support across Quezon City, Makati, and Podium branches.
  • Welcome and assist clients with inquiries and service requests.
  • Recommend the right restoration services and guide clients through the process.
  • Ensure smooth handling of drop-offs and pick-ups.
  • Encode client details in our database and prepare sales reports.
  • Assist with administrative and branch support tasks as needed.
  • Represent Vintage Restore with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in customer service, sales, or retail (luxury or fashion a plus).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Flexibility to travel between branches.
  • Independent, reliable, and client-focused.
