Sales Assistant to join our luxury patisserie team. The ideal candidate will embody elegance, professionalism, and warmth while delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele. This role combines product knowledge, sales expertise, and hospitality to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with grace and professionalism, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Provide personalized recommendations on pastries, desserts, and chocolates.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service and presentation.
  • Sales & Product Knowledge
  • Promote and upsell signature creations, seasonal specialties, and gift items.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and brand story.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Presentation
  • Ensure displays are immaculate, reflecting the luxury brand image.
  • Assist in packaging products elegantly for take-away and gifting.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with chefs, admin, and fellow sales staff to deliver seamless service.
  • Support daily operations, including opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or fine dining.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for gourmet food, desserts, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
