About the Role

The
Assistant Vice President – Inside Sales
will lead a mid-sized inbound/outbound sales unit of ~40 Sales Associates and Sales Managers. You'll be responsible for revenue growth, people development, client engagement, and performance optimization across sales portfolios.

You'll serve as both a strategic driver and day-to-day leader—ensuring every campaign hits its targets while your team grows under your mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of ~40 Sales Associates and 1–2 Sales Managers handling inbound/outbound campaigns.
  • Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven action plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, HR, Strategy) to deliver on business priorities.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships while ensuring sales quality and compliance.
  • Develop and mentor leaders through consistent feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization in sales processes and tools.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least
    2 years' experience
    in a high-volume inbound/outbound sales or call center sales setup.
  • Minimum
    4 years of supervisory or managerial experience
    leading target-based sales teams.
  • Proven success in coaching and developing sales teams to hit KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data reporting and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience handling client accounts in Health & Wellness or BPO industries.
  • Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Hands-on experience leading sales transformation or performance improvement projects.
