About the role

Auxilia Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesforce Customer Service Representative (CSR) Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role based in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Salesforce CSR Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, utilising your expertise in the Salesforce platform.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing technical support and guidance on the use of Salesforce to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the Salesforce system
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or management
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Participating in regular training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including its features, functionality, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide effective solutions to customer issues
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as ticketing systems and knowledge management platforms
  • A self-motivated and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
