A. JOB SUMMARY:
The Rooms Division Manager oversees the full operational performance of all Rooms-related departments under the Company and its managed properties and new developments.
This role ensures consistent implementation of SOPs, high-quality service delivery, property operations excellence, and curated guest experiences across all properties. The Rooms Division Manager supervises and supports Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering/Maintenance, and OTA/Booking Engine operations, ensuring alignment with Company service philosophy and operational standards.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Operations Management & Multi-Property Oversight
- Supervise Rooms Division operations across all properties (FO, HK, RES, ENG).
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and approved service workflows.
- Conduct regular site audits, operations checks, and compliance inspections.
- Ensure on-time submission of daily, weekly, and monthly property operations reports.
2. SOP Creation, Implementation & Policy Governance
- Develop, update, and standardize SOPs and policies for FO, HK, Reservations, and Maintenance.
- Ensure 100% adherence to all Company standards through property audits.
- Facilitate training and coaching sessions for property teams on SOP execution.
3. Guest Experience & Brand Standards
- Design and implement curated and signature guest experience programs across properties.
- Monitor guest reviews (OTA, surveys, internal feedback) and implement improvements.
- Ensure 100% service recovery and monitor issue resolution within 15 minutes.
- Lead guest experience enhancement projects with Brand teams.
4. OTA & Booking Engine Management
- Oversee OTA performance, rate parity, content accuracy, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with Reservation and Revenue teams for rate updates and promotions.
- Conduct weekly checks on availability, parity, and guest messaging quality.
5. Housekeeping Quality & Maintenance Oversight
- Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping productivity, and room readiness standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and engineering task schedules.
- Implement property brand standard audits for rooms, public areas, and amenities.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Consolidate property performance data (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Guest Scores).
- Analyze operational issues and recommend cost-efficient solutions.
- Submit monthly performance reports and KPI compliance reports to COO.
7. Team Leadership & Coaching
- Provide leadership and operational direction to property Rooms Division teams.
Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and capability-building activities.
Support recruitment and competency assessment for property FO, HK, RES, and Maintenance teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
