About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Lead Construction Estimator to join our team and support an international client in delivering world-class projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization while enjoying a competitive compensation package.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead preconstruction estimating efforts across all design phases using CSI divisions.
  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings/specifications to create complete bid packages.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, conduct bid leveling, and build full project proposals.
  • Support early procurement strategies, risk assessments, and scheduling during preconstruction.
  • Maintain organized documentation and track cost history for benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients during kickoff and strategy meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor (GC) or similar role (not just subcontractor or QS firm experience).
  • Experience across multiple commercial asset classes (retail, mixed-use, industrial, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam for digital takeoffs; familiarity with Procore preferred.
  • Skilled in Planswift, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Field experience (Project Engineer, Superintendent) is a plus.
