Job Summary

The Multi Media Artist Associate is responsible for creating compelling visual content that strengthens the property's branding and marketing campaigns. With added skills in photography and videography, the role produces high-quality images and videos for promotional use across digital platforms, print collaterals, and events. This position plays a vital role in enhancing guest engagement, driving bookings, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Duties & Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design creative materials, including posters, brochures, menus, digital ads, and event collaterals.
  • Ensure designs follow brand guidelines (logo, fonts, colors, templates).
  • Support social media campaigns with engaging visuals.

Photography

  • Capture high-quality photos of rooms, amenities, food & beverage, staff, and events.
  • Maintain an updated photo library for marketing use.
  • Coordinate with Operations for photoshoots of new services and promotions.

Videography

  • Shoot and edit promotional videos, social media reels, and event highlights.
  • Produce storytelling content showcasing the guest experience.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for multiple platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube, Facebook).

Content Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing team to align visuals with sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in conceptualizing creative direction for advertising projects.
  • Support influencer collaborations, CSR events, and corporate campaigns.

Branding & Asset Management

  • Maintain consistency in brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Organize and archive creative assets for future use.
  • Support corporate marketing requests for multi-property branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and videography (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva.
  • Skilled in photo and video editing tools.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing both design and multimedia work.

  • Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
