Our mission is to help real estate professionals grow their businesses through powerful marketing automation, IDX-integrated websites, streamlined agent onboarding, and customized CRM solutions. We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert who can help us manage and expand our sub-accounts, build advanced automations, and ensure every system runs smoothly for our clients. Position Overview You will take ownership of our GoHighLevel Agency account and all connected sub-accounts. Your primary focus will be on creating, optimizing, and maintaining automations, pipelines, onboarding systems, websites, billing processes, and CRM tools used by real estate professionals. This role is ideal for someone who understands both GoHighLevel and real-estate workflows—lead generation, transaction management, client communication, and team operations. Key Responsibilities Manage all GHL sub-accounts: setup, customization, branding, and permissions. Build, test, and optimize automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and client engagement. Create and manage CRM pipelines for buyers, sellers, investors, and agents. Integrate IDX websites, forms, and calendars with GHL for seamless lead capture. Set up and maintain billing systems, recurring payments, and membership portals. Develop and automate agent onboarding and training workflows. Design and maintain landing pages, funnels, and forms for marketing and recruitment campaigns. Troubleshoot and improve existing systems to increase conversion rates and data integrity. Document all processes and provide SOPs for internal and client teams. Monitor system performance, reporting, and automation success metrics. Qualifications 2+ years of hands‑on GoHighLevel experience (preferably at the agency level managing multiple sub-accounts). Deep understanding of automation workflows, CRM setup, and pipeline design. Experience integrating GHL with third‑party apps (Zapier, Google Sheets, IDX tools, etc.). Familiar with real estate lead flows, IDX data, and agent recruitment or coaching funnels. Strong attention to detail and process organization skills. Excellent English communication (written and verbal). Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Reliable internet connection and availability for daily communication during U.S. hours. Preferred Skills Background in the real estate industry or with real‑estate‑related CRMs. Experience setting up billing automation, payment gateways, and subscription models in GHL. Experience creating white‑labeled agency accounts and managing brand consistency. Basic landing‑page design or UI/UX knowledge. Understanding of analytics, reporting, and KPI dashboards.
