
Key Accounts Manager

Key Accounts Manager's role is responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and general management of all sales-related activities within assigned key accounts and categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management: Drives topline revenue growth within designated accounts.
- Accounts Receivable: Ensures timely collection of receivables.
- Profitability Oversight: Maintains account profitability through effective management of portfolio mix, trade investments, returns, and operational expenses.
Scope of Role
- Category: Dry or Chilled (based on assignment)
- Accounts: SM, Robinsons, Puregold, Convenience, or Membership channels
- Region: Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao (depending on experience)
Key Performance Objectives
- Growth in Gross Sales
- Improvement in Contribution Margin
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales and national key account management, with direct engagement at the head office level
- Preferably with a background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, either from a distributor or principal
- Strong in strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management
