Duties and Responsibilities :

Data Entry & Reporting

  • Ensures the correctness of the Sales order and Warehouse Request
  • Creates and prints the Delivery Receipt
  • Ensures that details of the sales order , warehouse request and delivery receipt are reconciled
  • Ensures the safekeeping and confidentiality of the sales order & delivery note
  • Timely and accurately preparation of the post delivery report

Administrative Support

  • Ensures operational effectiveness and adheres to the policies and procedures manual
  • Monitors process performance identifying potential issues and areas for improvement
  • Propose and participate in the implementation of process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicates and coordinates with internal department to ensure accurate data entry in SAP

Requirements :

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a service Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint ,Draw IO), Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
