We are currently in need of (5) Operations Support Supervisors that will be directly assigned to PD (Provincial Distributors) and will serve as ComWorks frontline counterpart in the field

Duties and Responsibilities:

PD Operations Support

  • Assist PDs in daily sales and distribution operations.
  • Ensure compliance with ComWorks and Smart Business rules, operational standards , and reporting requirements.

Field Audit and Compliance

  • Conduct regular field visits to audit DSP performance, coverage, distribution and merchandising standards.
  • Validate activations , and trade programs implemented by PDs and their agents.

Market Development & Coverage Expansion

  • Assist PDs in identifying high-potential areas, new accounts and retail opportunities.
  • Monitor trade presence , availability of SKUs, and execution of visibility programs
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales coverage and retail penetration.

Agent Pool Requirement Fulfillment

  • In cases where PDs cannot provide the required number of agents for smart-mandated activities, the OSS (operation support supervisor) will serve as direct manpower support to fill the gap.
  • Ensure 100% completion of required headcount during activities , events or market blitz.
  • Coordinate closely with PDs to anticipate manpower shortfalls ahead of schedule.

Reporting & Documentation:

-Submit weekly accomplishment reports, market insights and audit findings.

-Track sales performance vs. targets.

-Provide feedback on competitor activities and market dynamics.

Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday , 9AM to 6PM
