
Operations Support Specialist

The Operations Support Specialist supports organizational efficiency by analyzing and improving operational processes, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities. This role plays a key part in optimizing workflows, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enhancing overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, communication, and documentation
- Support various departments by providing administrative assistance and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to facilitate effective communication
- Help maintain databases and records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
